Block Trade Accumulation
Block trades are unusually large single transactions, typically institutional. This scan looks for stocks whose block-trade intensity is running more than 1.5 standard deviations above their own industry's average, while the order book's bid-side slope dominates the ask side — buyers stacked deeper than sellers. Together those are microstructure signals for accumulation happening below the surface of the price chart. Note that comparison is made within industry, so the bar adjusts to how blocky a sector normally trades.
