Start here when something in scanr doesn't work the way you expect. This page covers problems that touch more than one feature. Each feature page ends with its own table for problems inside that feature, for example Scanner 101, Building scans, Saved scans, Stock charts, Watchlists, AI Terminal and the mobile app.

Issue	Cause	Solution
Prices look 15 minutes behind.	The free plan, and signed-out visitors, get market data 15 minutes late.	Sign in. For realtime data, upgrade to Super or Super Pro. See Data delays and market hours.
A filter or feature is locked, or says it requires Super or Super Pro.	Your plan doesn't include it.	Check what each plan includes in Plans and limits, and upgrade from Subscriptions and billing.
"You've reached your daily scan limit."	The free plan runs 5 scans a day. The count resets at midnight UTC.	Wait for the reset, or upgrade to Super for unlimited scans.
"You've reached your saved scan limit."	The free plan keeps 10 saved scans.	Delete a saved scan you no longer need, or upgrade.
The scanner says "This is an error on our end."	The scan failed on scanr's side.	Run it again in a minute. If it keeps failing, contact support with the scan's filters.
The app is missing a screen or button these docs describe.	Your app is out of date.	Update scanr from the App Store or Google Play.
I don't get push notifications.	Notifications are blocked in your phone's settings, or alerts are paused on this device or for your account.	Open More → Notifications. If it says Blocked in your device Settings, tap Open Settings and allow them. Then check that alerts aren't paused there.
A help page in the app says "You're offline."	Your phone has no connection, so the page couldn't load.	Connect to the internet and tap Try again.
